Register
Registrants come first: priority access to remaining homes, the full floorplan set, current pricing and the incentives running now.

Visit The Exhibit
See the finishes, walk the plans and meet the sales team at the presentation centre — open 12–5pm daily except Friday.

Request pricing
Homes are priced from the high $400,000's*, and the current incentive saves up to $120,000* for a limited time. The sales team will send pricing for the plans you shortlist.

Secure your home
The current deposit structure is just $5,000* now, 5% in 90 days and 5% in one year. The sales team will walk you through the paperwork.

Completion
Ironwood is estimated to complete in fall 2028 — time to plan the move, with a dedicated homeowner care team when you arrive.

Homes at Ironwood start from the high $400,000*. For more details, please register your contact information and our team will be in touch.
What are the two collections?
Tower Homes in the James K.M. Cheng tower, with elevated outlooks, and Terrace Homes on the lower levels, closer to the gardens. Both run from one to three bedrooms with den options.

Who designed Ironwood?
World-renowned architect James K.M. Cheng, in partnership with Qualex-Landmark™ — a developer with more than thirty years of building across Vancouver and Calgary.
Is there rental housing in the project?
Yes — of the 446 homes, 24 are offered as below-market rental, part of an affordable-housing partnership planned with YWCA and BC Housing.
