What do homes cost?
Homes at Ironwood start from the high $400,000*. For more details, please register your contact information and our team will be in touch.
What are the two collections?
Tower Homes in the James K.M. Cheng tower, with elevated outlooks, and Terrace Homes on the lower levels, closer to the gardens. Both run from one to three bedrooms with den options.

Who designed Ironwood?
World-renowned architect James K.M. Cheng, in partnership with Qualex-Landmark™ — a developer with more than thirty years of building across Vancouver and Calgary.
Is there rental housing in the project?
Yes — of the 446 homes, 24 are offered as below-market rental, part of an affordable-housing partnership planned with YWCA and BC Housing.

Where is Ironwood?
At the entrance to West Coquitlam, in the Oakdale neighbourhood of Coquitlam, BC — at the intersection of a growing urban node to the south and east, and forests, mountains and trails to the north and west.
When will Ironwood complete?
Ironwood is under construction, with completion estimated for late 2028. Register for construction updates and the sales team will keep you informed.
What sizes of homes are there?
Ironwood offers a unique collection of 1 to 3 bedroom homes, each one thoughtfully designed to be your own private oasis. Two collections, 28 plans. Tower homes with elevated outlooks, and terrace homes set in a boutique, human-scale building.

What is near Ironwood?
